Acceptable condition overall with some wear and tear to the covers and spine. Tear to the top of the front cover. Old stamp marking on the top outer edge of pages. Some discoloration to the side and bottom outer edges of pages. Pencil marking on the first page. A small hole through the first page. There's a small stain on the right-hand side of the first 30 pages or so.
